Step 2: Identify what triggers your attacks. You might think you already know what those triggers are -- and you may be surprised to find out what they really are.&lt;br&gt;
Step 3: Obtain an accurate diagnosis from a doctor or a qualified professional, or identify for yourself what type of Anxiety or Panic Disorder you suffer from. This is key to getting relief from your fear and panic.&lt;br&gt;
